Shipping Questions

Which shipping methods do you offer?+

Air freight, ocean freight (FCL & LCL), road freight, express courier and multimodal — we recommend the optimal mix for your cargo, deadline and budget.

Do you handle door-to-door shipments?+

Yes. We coordinate pickup at origin, export customs, international freight, import customs and last-mile delivery to the consignee's door.

Can you ship internationally from anywhere?+

We operate global lanes with a strong focus on UAE, USA, UK, Turkey, Iraq, Kurdistan, India and the European Union.

How is shipping cost calculated?+

Based on chargeable weight (actual vs. volumetric), origin & destination, mode of transport, customs duties and any special handling required.

Customs Questions

Do you handle customs clearance?+

Yes — our in-house team manages HS classification, duties & taxes, export/import filings, certificates of origin and restricted-goods documentation.

What documents do I need to ship?+

Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill and any product-specific certificates. We'll confirm exactly what's required per lane.

Can you handle restricted or dangerous goods?+

Yes — including DG-classified perfumes, cosmetics, batteries and chemicals. We prepare DGD and IATA/IMDG-compliant packaging and labelling.

Warehousing Questions

Do you offer warehousing and fulfillment?+

Yes — SKU-level storage, sorting, pick-pack, kitting and dispatch from our warehouses in the UAE and partner hubs abroad.

Can you store goods short-term during transit?+

Absolutely. We provide transit storage and bonded warehousing for time-sensitive consolidations.

Do you handle e-commerce fulfillment?+

Yes — Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplace fulfillment with order-level tracking and returns handling.

Delivery Questions

How fast can you deliver?+

Express courier: 1–5 days. Air freight: 3–7 days. Sea freight: 14–45 days depending on lane. We confirm transit times per booking.

Will I get tracking updates?+

Yes — every shipment receives real-time tracking and a dedicated account manager for proactive updates.

What if my shipment is delayed?+

Our 24/7 ops team monitors every lane. You'll be informed immediately of any delay along with a recovery plan.

Do you handle large industrial cargo?+

Yes — project logistics, oversized & out-of-gauge freight, FCL, break-bulk and ro-ro.

Are shipments insured?+
