"LAZO", "we", "our" or "us" refers to LAZO Logistics LLC and its affiliates. "Client", "you" or "your" refers to any person or entity using our website or services.

LAZO provides international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, distribution and supply-chain consultancy. Quotations are based on the information you provide and may be revised if actual cargo details differ.

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Bookings are confirmed in writing. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate cargo descriptions, HS codes, weights, dimensions, packing details and required documentation. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges, delays or refusal of carriage.

You warrant that the goods are not prohibited or restricted in any origin, transit or destination country and that all required permits and licences have been obtained.

Charges are payable per the agreed invoice terms. Late payments may incur interest and a hold on future shipments. Disputed amounts must be raised in writing within 7 days of invoice.

Our liability is governed by the international conventions applicable to the relevant mode of transport (e.g. Warsaw/Montreal, Hague-Visby, CMR) and the standard trading conditions of the carriers used.

We strongly recommend all-risk cargo insurance. LAZO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, port strikes, governmental actions or war.

Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of the engagement.

All content on the LAZO website — including logos, trademarks, text and imagery — is the property of LAZO Logistics or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
